The requirements for joining the network are simple - you need to be a webmaster of a Miki Fujimoto related fansite. It doesn't necessarily have to be completely about Mikitty but a portion of it has to be dedicated to her. If so, simply e-mail us at tim@mikifujimoto.com with your site details including graphic buttons and we will gladly add your link to the network.
